What Payment Options do You Have?

 Choose from PayPal, Credit Card or Internet Banking. Use funds in your PayPal account, Bank account or use your Visa or Mastercard to pay for your rugged phone. All pages on this site are secure to protect your details and payment information at all times. 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

 Shipping from our warehouse in Asia takes 7-10 days depending on schedules and weather. We track your rugged phone through to us in New Zealand and once checked and tested, your new phone will be sent out to you via Courier Post overnight (excluding weekends & holidays) and a tracking link will be emailed to you. 

Are There Any Customs Charges?

No. The prices on our site include all NZ Customs and GST charges. This is one of the reasons why we get your rugged phone sent to us first, so we can get it cleared by customs, test and check it, then courier it direct to you via Courier Post.

What About The Warranty?

It covers any manufacturing fault, defect or failure that occurs within six months from the date of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price in the event of an approved warranty claim. Damage or faults occurring due to misuse, accident or fair wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.  

Can You Provide A GST Tax Invoice?

Yes. As part of the "Kiwitrader61 Ltd" group, we provide a GST tax invoice for every sale. Tax invoices are issued after payment has been received and along with the tracking link, will be emailed out at time of shipping. 

Do You Sell Outside Of New Zealand?

Only residents of New Zealand can purchase from this site. If you live outside of New Zealand, please use the contact page to message us your purchase request. We will then advise via email how to buy and pay for your phone direct from our international site.
