What Payment Options Do You Have?

Choose from PayPal, Credit Card or Internet Banking. Companies can also request to be invoiced (terms & conditions apply). All pages on this site are secure to protect your details and payment information at all times. 

How Long Does Shipping Usually Take?

Shipping from our warehouse in Asia usually takes 7-10 business days depending on airline schedules and customs processing. Once your phone arrives in New Zealand we check and test it, before sending it out to you via Courier Post overnight (excluding weekends & holidays). 

Are There Any Customs Charges?

No. The prices on our site include all NZ Customs and GST charges. This is one of the reasons why we get your rugged phone sent to us first, so we can get it cleared by customs, test and check it, then courier it direct to you via Courier Post.

What Type of Warranty Do You Offer?

We provide a 12 month manufacturers warranty on every phone we sell. It covers any manufacturing fault, defect or failure that occurs within twelve months from the date of purchase. We will repair (in New Zealand), replace or refund the purchase price in the event of an approved warranty claim. Damage or faults occurring due to misuse, accident or fair wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.  

Can You Provide A GST Tax Invoice?

As part of the "Kiwitrader61 Ltd" group, we provide a GST tax invoice for every sale. Tax invoices are issued after payment has been received and along with the tracking link, will be emailed out at time of shipping. 

Do You Sell To People Overseas?

Only residents of New Zealand who have a physical postal address in New Zealand can currently purchase from this site.


If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase one of our rugged phones, please message us via our contact page and we will arrange a direct purchase  for you from one of our logistics warehouses.
